With most of us now vaccinated and the virus seeming to pose a lesser threat of serious health issues, we are pleased to be able to revert to our normal operating standards at Stay as we learn to live with Covid.

Those choosing to book Stay can be reassured that in the event of restrictions returning, our below policy on Covid cancellations will apply:

COVID CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Guests booking directly with the owners of Stay, either through this website or our referral listing on cornishsecrets.co.uk will receive a full and prompt refund of all monies paid, should any of the following conditions prevent your party from attending Stay on your planned arrival date:

• Official Government guidance preventing the members of your party from travelling outside of their home town(s).
• Official Government guidance preventing travel into the area.
• Official Government guidance preventing overnight stays or holiday travel in general.

Where cancellations are made for any other reason, the refund policy in our standard terms and conditions will apply.

Those booking Stay through alternative platforms such as Trip Advisor / Holiday Lettings or Vrbo / HomeAway will be booking under the terms of these operators, of which the owners of Stay have no control.

If you book with these providers and are forced to cancel your holiday due to Covid restrictions, you should inform them as soon as possible and they will in turn contact us. In this instance we will authorise a full refund of all monies paid, providing one or more of the above Government-imposed restrictions are met.

Whilst these platform operators have historically issued full refunds where holidays have had to be cancelled through such restrictions, we must reiterate that we can only advise them that we are happy for you to be refunded but have no control over whether they choose to do so.
